$250.00 to $550.00 per night, up to 8 people.  Rate is dependant  on number of guests and season.  There is also a $250.00 departure cleaning fee and a State Tax of 11.962%.

A 20% deposit is required for booking a reservation, fully refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, excluding a booking that includes a Holiday.  

Full payment via personal check 30 days prior to arrival or cash upon check-in.
